Who we are

This notice explains how we use the personal data you give us through this website. It is provided in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, company, WhatsApp number or email, the type of enquiry, and anything else you choose to give us: product, quantity, delivery location or port, timing and your message.
- Careers form: what you are applying for, your name, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, where you live, right to work in Malaysia, area of interest, highest qualification, ability to travel and a short introduction, plus anything else you choose to give us: languages, current or recent employer, experience, when you could start, LinkedIn profile and CV. Students also give their university or college, course and placement period. CVs are stored privately and seen only by the people reviewing applications.
- Technical data: to stop spam and repeated submissions, we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address with each submission. We cannot turn it back into your address.
Please do not send passport, national ID or bank details, or other sensitive personal information, through these forms.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your requirements.
- To consider you for future roles if you send an expression of interest.
- To protect the forms from abuse.
We do not use this website for advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not sell personal data.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and stores form submissions for us. Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may be processed outside Malaysia.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on this site. To display it, your browser requests the font from Google, which receives your internet address.
- If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, those messages are handled by the providers of those services.
We may disclose personal data where the law requires us to.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep trade enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to do business together. We keep expressions of interest for up to 12 months. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have given us, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
